Our 2016 Brandipera®. In 2016, our internet searches produced no results for a pear port, so we created what would appear to be the first ever vintage of this type of desert perry. Created in the same manner as Port but using lightly fermented perry instead of wine, we blend in our pear brandy to fashion a delightful aperitif with notes of vanilla, caramel and oak. Aged three years in French oak barrels within ear shot of the Pacific ocean. ABV 16.9%. Gold Medal winner at the 2020 U.S. Open Cider Championships. Only 3 of 50 cases remain as of 8/23.
