Created in the same manner as Port but using lightly fermented perry instead of wine, we blend in our pear brandy to fashion a delightful aperitif with notes of vanilla, caramel and oak. Aged three years in French oak barrels. ABV 16.9%. Gold Medal winner at the 2020 U.S. Open Cider Championships. 50 cases.
